Australia Day & Lunar New Year
Monday, January 26th, 2009

Australia Day has always been a day I looked forward to, and this year it’s made even more special by the Lunar New Year! So if you were behind on those resolutions, this is your second chance =)

Here’s an amazing photo taken by Antti Kemppainen during the 2007 Australia Day fireworks, I hope it inspires you as it did me.

I’m A Money Magnet!
Saturday, January 24th, 2009

That’s right, this money magnet image is a very cool image you can use in your vision board / dream board! Just right click and “Save Image As”

A dream / vision board is basically your goals in pictures. If you don’t already have a dream / vision board, it is probably one of the first things you should work on getting. It’s easier for the brain to register and remember an image rather than black and white text, and so these images will keep your goals fresh in your mind.

Constant reminders of our goals is what we need to keep us focused and on track.

New Years Resolutions – Action
Wednesday, December 31st, 2008

A new year and a new start. If you haven’t already made some New Years Resolutions, it’s time to take ACTION and get some New Years Resolutions written down!

  1. Take some time-out to look back on the past year
  2. Write down and reflect on the achievements and fantastic memories you have made in 2008
  3. Ask yourself: What will I do in 2009 to gain more out of life?
  4. Write down S.M.A.R.T. (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, Time-orientated) goals
  5. Celebrate the end of 2008 and the beginning of 2009!

See you all in the New Year! =)

Queens Birthday
Wednesday, October 1st, 2008

I hope everyone had a great long weekend!! Well, everyone in WA anyway =) I celebrated the Queens Birthday by doing an extremely last minute reshuffling of my schedule (sorry to all who I cancelled on!!) and found myself going down south to visit my brother-in-law in Bunbury. From Bunbury we went to Busselton, Dunsborough, through Cowaramup to Margaret River.

I brought my laptop with me in an attempt to use the travel time to do some work, but unfortunately I didn’t get the chance. Instead, I was occupied with the strange disappearance of my digital camera…

Anyway, check back soon because I’m going to write a series of posts on Winking your way to Success ;)
